Washington Square
September 2018, New York City
In 2018, I used a medium format camera for the first time. I saw it as a stepping stone to get to what I really wanted to do in art school, which was video work. Little did I know a new world was opening before me, and my entire perspective on how I want to live an artistic life was about to shift.
These images are from the third roll of 120 film I ever shot. Almost 8 years later as of writing this, I still strongly feel they are my best pictures to date.
